Inspired by the popular Korean Grapefruit Latte, this application is a perfect balance of sweet and sour , with a light zing from the ginger . Delicious!
INGREDIENTS
- 15 ml Grapefruit Fruit Mix
- 15 ml Ginger Honey syrup
- 100 ml Milk
- 200 g Ice
- Grapefruit Slice (optional)
METHOD
- In the serving cup pour the Mixed Berry Fruit mix and the ginger honey syrup. Mix slightly
- Add ice
- Top up with fresh milk
TIPS AND VARIATIONS
- You can prepare an hot version of this recipe preparing warm steamed milk ( only lightly frothed ) in a cappuccino cup
- Add a pinch of turmeric powdrer for a healthy version full of anti- oxidants!
